Jennifer, our photographer (if that is what you want to call her, I would just say the person pressing the button) spent a whole whopping 15 minutes on our shoot. The pictures were horrible! I looked like a bobble head in one of the poses because my head was the focus of the picture and it was about two times the size as everyone else's. My husband ended up buying some anyway and it is now almost 2 months and we still don't have the correct pictures back. We paid to have the poses touched up and it still hasn't been done. I sent an email to corporate about Jennifer's lack of customer service and photography skills and got a short reply of sorry back. I assumed being Olan Mills we could expect to get something better than we would at Sears, JCPenny, even Walmart but that is not the case. I will never return here and recommend you don't waste your time unless you want crappy pictures.
