Where do I begin!!! I am kind of new at posting, but HAD to post this. I'm shocked there aren't more bad reviews for this place. I had a bad experience, but thought no, probably a one time thing. Then my sister just told me yesterday about the same thing as the previous review (Amanda), stood there staring and waiting for service. It was not busy though!!! As for me, I did get service, unfortunately. I wish there was a way to post a pic. To describe the haircut that I got from this lady is like in movies of kids, or in real life, kids who get a hold of scissors and their hair is lop sided, or in my case doesn't match. There were strands of hair that were inches longer then others. I just had to walk out, she wanted to try to fix it because she saw i was about to cry. She did for a second try to fix it, but made it worse, so I got up and out!!! She was a nice lady, but should admit if she don't know how to do a haircut. I just wanted an angular bob, but stacked in the back. I thought most beauticians knew how to do that. I should of mentioned first that I had told her in the very beginning, I wanted it as long as she could do it. Instantly she started at my neck, I knew in the first cut she went extremely short. It was as if she heard nothing I said, and I really stressed not to go too short. I'm not sure why I went there, just convenience and price. Some things are worth an extra 10-15 dollars. You get what you pay for. I went there one other time when I had long hair and asked for them to cut just straight across, because I couldn't get anyone to do it for me, they even messed that up. It was extremely crooked. I will never return!!!!!!
