This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been in PERIOD. Valerie the hostess and our server Melissa were absolutely wonderful. We are a young family of five. My children are 7, 3 and almost 2 yrs of age and they took care of my children like family which is very important when going out. The orders were accurate and served in a very timely manner, and may I mention my glass was never empty. Keep up the good work and I only hope other establishments could learn a thing or two from this location.



Very friendly, non judgmental atmosphere. Our server had a great personality and the hostess even went out of her way to get one little pancake for my 3 yr old daughter, who was beginning to become impatient for her dinner.

I LOVE IHOP, and my wife loves IHOP even more. However the IHOP On Pine Ave(also known as hwy 301, 441 and 27) has got to be one of the worst places I have ever been in. It was a rainy day and we wanted some breakfast. There had to be 7 or 8 buckets catching the leaking ceiling all around, you could tell they were not about to fix it. The place of course smelled od mildew. The bathrooms were horrible and of course leaking as well. We ended up just leaving it was so bad.
