DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE AT THIS STORE. THEY CHARGE YOU $50 FOR DELIVERY AND IF BY CHANCE YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT IS DELIVERED, THEY CHARGE YOU $50 TO COME PICK IT UP. ON TOP OF THAT THE DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK SO YOU HAVE TO PICK OUT SOMETHING ELSE AND GUESS WHAT? YOU ARE CHARGED A...G....A...I....N ($50) TO HAVE SOMETHING ELSE DELIVERED. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT YOU HAVE NUMEROUS FURNITURE STORES TO SHOP OTHER THAN KANES.

Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service & bad mattress—our mattress has two big sinkholes and Kane’s repeatedly says “it meets the manufacturer’s specifications”. The mattress caves in with two huge slopes (wife and me) and causes terrible sleeping conditions and sore backs. The Kane’s employee used a string and ruler and determined that the mattress retains its height within one-inch, thus is OK. This is a flawed measurement system that anyone who has slept on a bad mattress would recognize. They refused to sit or lay on the mattress to experience what the customer experiences. I never demanded a free mattress, which is still under warranty, and never once did the Kane’s manager ask me “how can we make this right”. I was not expecting Nordstrom superior service, but a reputable experienced manager should not kiss-off a $5,000 spend-so-far customer, and potentially 3-4 times spend more in his lifetime. This shortsightedness should not be acceptable by senior management and owners or stockholders
