I was in shambles - depression and anxiety ruled the day for me. I am a survivor of repeated rapes while in my youth. Turned to drugs to escape it all. Finally had enough and really enough this time. After going to mental health counselors before, I never got the honest and meaningful help, until Life Path. Using EMDR & other methods, I can say it has helped me function again. I was very skeptical that anything would help me. Wish I had found them years ago...call them now, don't waste time like I did, for years & years.

With the help and understanding I received, I have become a much happier person and have learned to deal with my anxieties and relationships on a new level. I feel like I am now becoming the person I have always wanted to be. I would recommend highly Life Path to anyone who is just struggling with the day to day grind of life. I am glad I called, I am glad I made my appointment and I am glad I feel better about myself and my life.
