The granite came out great The price of the granite was less than the competitors. However, Ted Bullard butchered my kitchen cabinets. He told me the new vinyl coated were great in the kitchen...they are actually melting from the heat of the oven and dishwasher. He hired someone he never worked with before (a mentally unstable man who yelled and berated me in my own home) who mis-measured my doors and now there are huge gaps. The back of the cabinets are literally cardboard..not even compressed woodboard...this is actual cardboard. Ted Bullard came back to remeasure everything w/ promises to return w/ proper fitting doors and replacements for the "Melting" parts and never showed or called. Many weeks later I called and Paula his wife apologized and sent someone else to once again remeasure and guess what folks....never heard from them again. That was several months ago.This is Gods truth folks. He has my money and my kitchen cabinets are falling apart.I really liked Ted & Paula Bullard. They remind me so much of my daughter & her husband. Ted even had lunch in my home. He even friended me on Facebook where we see pictures of our families. I gave them every opportunity to do right by me...but they never have. Maybe if they see this they will wake up and do the right thing and come fix my cabinets. Paula..are you reading this? ,I had used this company before for my kitchen and was ready to redo my master bath. The demotion and tile was I though subbed out to another company. It turns out that Magma took no resposnsibility for subs timeliness and became angry that I thought their work was slow and their was little communication. As a result , Ted, the owner yelled at me after I tried to explain the problem. Each time I would call for an update, Ted would yell at me. Later he finally delivered the shell of the cabinet. I had never seen it, nor ordered that particular cabinet. It was too high ( a kitchen cabinet) and very ornate when the rest of the bathroom is contemporary. He told me to get a higher stool for the vanity. He continued to be rude and yelling. I finally had to deal with his wife, he was so uncooperative. When they came to take the cabinet, instead they took the granite and left the shell of the cabinet, I said "I don't trust you taking the granite" and sure enough he ransomed the granite for full payment including the cabinet I never ordered. To this date 3 months after the first deposit was made, I am still missing one piece of Granite because it was cut incorrectly and the cabinet is in my garage and I over paid for the poor service. This is not a company that treats its custoemr with respect or deal with problems.
