Horrible ER.Several years ago my .husband bled all night from a nose hemorrhage The nurse didn't even put him in a room, but left him all night in the waiting room with .people looking at him.The nurse on duty had no compassion.I had to empty pans of blood myself in the bathroom.The nurse said a person couldn't hemorrhaged from a nosebleed ,but a small vessel had broken in a hard to reach area back of his nose.Found that out by an ENT physician when we went to his office to get the packing out(he was still oozing)The doctor worked on him for about two and half hours trying to get it stopped.

That night of horror at Marion .Community Hospital was the worst experience I had with a hospital in my life.Why was he treated that way? I don't know..if I could have afforded it I would have obtained a Lawyer and investigated the reason.They didn't want to call the doctor out ,maybe one reason.I thought ER's are suppose to have a doctor . on duty?My husband was getting weaker and unable to take him to another hospital because of his weakness.The VA told us to take him there, but I just couldn't get him into the car because of dizziness and weakness..Never received care until 7AM ..

Needless to say,I will never take him there again or recommend anyone else to go to their ER.
