This place should just be called Madness in honor of owner Jassica. She was outrageous and rude for no reason, I think I said ‘okay’ and she was immediately TRIGGERED! Just read the reviews and know she solicits positive feedback!!!! Acts completely unbalanced and vulgar around small children.

We have been before and the kids liked it. The owner doesn't have a very good attitude. Could have been cleaner. Biggest problem is that it is never open on a day when schools are closed. Just left there, no school today, thought the kids could get rid of some energy. Not open. Really?

Great concept, TERRIBLE ownership. The owner is absolutely the wrong person to own a place like this, and has several people questioning her mental stability and safety of children in her presence. It is incredibly too easy to set her off (HEAVEN FORBID if you say "alrighty" "sure" or "good luck" to her...) Staff looks miserable and their treatment is an obvious reason for high turnover rate. Save your money and go elsewhere- there is absolutely no way we will return, and we are honestly surprised they have managed to stay in business this long.
