Buyers beware! The employee Melanie Hitchcock is very dishonest and a very unpleasant person to deal with at this place of business...sent me the wrong item and refused to replace it even after receiving the item back unopened and unused. Refused to even give me a refund saying I got my money back after opening a paypal case. The owner Tom also promised to send the correct item once he received the one I paid for back and did not follow through with his word either wanting me to close the paypal case first so I would not have buyer protection. Blamed me for sending the wrong part. I have three used 24.7 xtm nitro engines and one brand new xtm 24.7 I think I know which engine and what kind of engine I need parts for since all four of my engines are the same...and not parts for a 457 engine...you thought I would know the difference and you do not have 24.7 xtm parts even in stock plus you had the nerve to say that you didn't hold a gun to my head for charging me 20.00 for a five dollar part!? Wow you are very deceptive and desperate for money trying to rip me off. The part was for my 8 and 12 year old boys for their truck. You people are real creeps!
