DONT GO HERE!!!!!

I went to Optical Express to get an eye exam for contacts. The doctor dilated my eyes and told me the pressure was high in both and that I had extensive nerve damage in the right eye. He also said my prescription had gotten better. So he put me in a lower prescription for my contacts. He said that if I had insurance he would send me to a specialist because the pressure and nerve damage were bad. I went back after a week so he could check the new contacts he gave me and I told them that they are blurry and he rechecked my eyes. He started getting mad because he tried other contacts and they did the same thing. He made me feel like I was lying about which line I could see better. So I asked if he could just order me the same contacts I came in with because they were fine just needed more contacts. He said he would order some other brands and give me a call when they come in tomorrow. Its been almost 2 weeks and no call. I also asked him on the second appointment if he could refer me to a specialist for the "glaucoma" and he said I didn't need to see one. I have been getting ocular headaches in my left eye for 3 months and he said that had nothing to do with my pressure being high. He acted like it was serious just a week before. He does not know how to treat customers. I will not be going back there. Getting a second opinion for sure.

Poor Customer Service.

I called and emailed the office several times with a complaint. I never had a response. I was very disappointed as a returning customer. I will not go back.
