They have a new office manager now, Come to find out it is the owners wife. It makes since now how she got the job.I went into my appointment yesterday I came in 15 minutes early. When I got there there was 3 or 4 people complaining. it was 2:30 and there was (2) 11:00 appointments and (4) 1:00 appointments that haven't been seen, Anyways they said they had new people training etc so I was ok no problem going to be awhile. after I set there an hour I told the lady OI had to use bathroom, she said I would have to take urinalysis , I probably wouldn't see doctor for another hour but if I could wait 20 minutes she could go ahead and get urinalysis out the way. I said ok ,, im going out side ill brb. She ok. I went to smoke cigarette in my car. I came back in. After sitting another 30 min. THE NEW OFFICE MANAGER lol called me back. I was like wow finally. But to my surprise THE MANAGER lol said we have a problem, I filled a prescription for hydrocodone after seeing the doctor there . I said no I didn't there is a mistake. She said there is not its right here. She would not listen to nothing I said. She kept saying calm down. I said I am calm. She said regardless we are discharging you because of this. She wouldn't give me any info where they were filled or nothing. So being concerned I went to police office they said to call back and find where they were filled. After the sergeant made a few phone calls.Come to find out there was a prescription filled by a guy with same name and birthdate But we have different address (live 125 miles apart) and hes Black and I'M white. So after wasting half my day because of her incompetence I didn't see doctor and am in pain because I was in horrific accident so I went back to get get my discharge papers and she wrote on them the reason I was discharged was for filling prescription elsewhere and going outside( for one thing they expect you to come and sit and wait hours after your appointment and your a prisoner ) I don't think so oh and she said I was discharged because I had an attitude. Yeah I guess I did after I was repeatedly told I was seeing multiple doctors and when I said I wasnt she was like Im the queen my husband owns this and its my way to bad.. Terrible customer relations, no managerial skills at all . And no concern for their patients
