I once waited in an empty drive thru line for 15 min. without being greeted or acknowledged. I finally turned the corner after having waited long enough and found a worker chatting with someone. I yelled out "I waited 15 minutes and no one helped me" and he screamed at me "we're busy!" It was 8 at night they where not busy and obviously he meant he was busy talking with a friend. Chicken is crazy tasty and it is the only reason to come back and it's very rare i do.

I think the food quality is always good however the service is not exceptable the workers are not polite and dont use comon curtisy or greetings and the lines a terrible

The chicken is sometimes fresh however the time you spend in the lines, rather inside or in the drive thru is ridiculous. Also anytime you address your concerns by contacting them by phone, you're attached as if you're in the wrong. There needs to be another Popeyes placed in Ocala because due to there being only one you're pretty much treated like "Oh well, you have no other options near."
