Had sliding door problems. Called and was given an estimate over the phone. Ron showed up earlier than expected and resolved our issues quickly along with explaining what caused the problems and what products to use to extend the life of the sliding doors.
If I need anything else done, won’t hesitate to call .

Rarely does anyone find a service company that will perform as RC Windows and Doors did at our home. They were the only vendor contacted that actually returned a call requesting service. They scheduled an appointment with a two hour window and then arrived early. Once on site and set up, the work proceeded in a professional manner, with attention to detail which eliminated any concern regarding the finished project. Working with Jen in the office and Ron in the field was an absolute pleasure. Both delivered that level of knowledge and workmanship that rarely exists in the world of service expected today. Checked around for windows and door pricing. RC Windows reasonably priced, not the most expensive or cheapest, but they are local and family run. Made appointment but had to reschedule, no problem with Jen. Ron showed up 5 minutes early for appointment, appreciated promptness! After Ron saw issues with doors, he set-up, did repairs, made no messes, and was done! 5 star recommendation!
