Finally hit my goal

After trying everything on my own I finally decided to get help and Recharge was there for me! I didn't realize how much I was actually eating and that it was the wrong food. I also didn't realize my thyroid was sluggish and needed some tweaking. Dr. T went over my blood work with me and explained it all in detail. I finally feel good and finally got off those annoying pounds that wouldn't budge
