I had the service for over three years, they were ok at the beginning, but by the end of last year their service started getting too slow to respond to requests for services that I had paid in advance. Made the mistake of signing for the services for this years after promises were made that the service calls would be promptly answered. Nothing could be further from the truth, they keep promising that the have me on the schedule for service and nothing happens. The weeds have completely taken over, when they show up to trim the bushes, they damage the sprinkler heads, they ruined the siding on the house with their weed waker. Avoid they them like the plague.

We contracted to have beds switched to rock filled and were very happy with the results. We then further paid a year in advance to have beds weeded and shrubs trimmed on monthly basis. WHAT A MISTAKE. This company never comes and does not respond to service requests. They are a nightmare!!!

Avoid this company by all means they are terrible I mean absolutely terrible . I should have read the reviews before but luckily I didn’t pay them ahead of time .I wish I could rate them lower but I can’t.

I have to argue with the customer service every month as to date they will perform the service I signed up for. When the contract comes up I will not renew it wish I had read the reviews before but next door neighbor recommend them and they are sorry they did

The work is sloppy and they refuse to refund your money if you cancel. Check the Better Business Website complaints before signing up with this company.

Having received Service Smart services for approximately four years, I found the same in recent times very unsatisfactory. For four weeks, I kept reporting the same sloppy yard work without any positive results. Management always was apologetic but no results other than it would be addressed.... tomorrow or next grass cutting services. Part of the problem was due because the field crew was changed often, and thus I found myself explaining the same work matters repeatedly. I even wrote twice to the owner who happens to be a nearby neighbor, and no response on their field labor inefficiency and means to correct the problem. I finally terminated their services as it was not worth the aggravation.

This company promises excellent service and that they are customer oriented. They killed my grass in late April and although they have promised SOD, I have called everyday for two weeks and am told all decision makers are in the field. They certainly haven't been back! And like an idiot I paid for a year ahead. I would not recommend them!
