Provided by YP.comJamie in the service department really made me feel like I was a true member of the the Cadillac family. This being my first Cadillac, I couldn't believe the fantastic level of service that they had to offer in regards to warranty work. Every concern that I had was addressed immediately. Because of the excellent service I received I truly believe there will be some model of Cadillac in my garage for many years to come. Kudos to you Sullivan Cadillac service department. Finally! A company that got it right.
