sunkool has been our ac company for 13 years , they stand by their work, they do not charge for overtime or after hours additional.

their techs are trustworthy and knowlegeable I honestly trust them to back their product. they have been out same day for a/c repairs when system is down even as late as midnight.

James was a nice young man. he had to change out a warranty part
and informed me about it before he did it. Definitely would recommend..Thanks..

Called for cleaning because I didn't know when the system had an annual cleaning before. Did not complete cleaning; went to check outside unit, recommended replacement of a/c due to inefficiency. When I declined he put it back together and said he was done. Did you finish cleaning inside, I asked. Yes, he replied. 2 months later I had water all around the air handler in the garage because he apparently did not clean out the drain pipe. Thanks a lot.

My A/C went out on 7-14-11.7days later they came with part to fix it and pumped freon back in which leaked out all into house so it wasn't coil in compressor that had a hole in it it is a hole in coil in air handler, have to order another coil and wait 3 to 10 more business days to get that part. On day 11 I called another A/C company to see what was going on and they said they could fix it the next day. How can you get the part so fast I asked, well because the parts are local and I will go get it for you. Very sad that Sun Kool which is a 24/7 company could not care about me and make me wait in the 89 degrees in my house and go get the part. This is day 12 and glad another company cared and is fixing it now. I will never recommend SUN KOOL to anyone unless you don't mind waiting in the heat for about 15 days for them to fix it and hope they get it right the second time. If I had know the part was local I would have gladly picked the part up for them.

This is a great company that does the impossible! In less than 6 hours I had a brand new heating/air conditioning system purchased and installed. On a night where it is going to be in the 20's, I can not say THANK YOU enough!!!!

Total rip off. No follow up service. Unclear warranty information. Do not use!!!
