Unprofessional at its finest.....I call them at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and I was assured by the owners (Al RHodes) grandson that he would be out in the later afternoon. I sat all day waiting (mind you with no water)...I get a call at 5:35pm from the grandson with this terrible excuse that he was in the forest stuck in a ditch waiting on a tow truck and that he wasn't coming today???? He informed me that they don't have an office and only have 1 truck...that should tell you something right there. I could have understood if he said he was going to be late etc...it was a flat out nope I'm not coming. I ended up calling someone else (which now I am being charged an after hours fee and weekend fee). He could have called me a lot earlier so I could have called someone else and not have to have paid the extra fees....Well, I called "Smokey's" and they are great. Guy called me withing minutes and informed me he would be here within an hour. He was very professional. I would never recommend Sweetwater to anyone ever. They are a one man joke. Not professional at all.

For a very professional job that was well done, we'd like to recommend this company for all your water needs. Our church's well had gone out three days before our important 35th anniversary sunday and the owner came out himself to help dig the well out. The whole family was involved. The son-in-law also helped out and saved the church a lot of money. We were back up and running within two days. Wow. God bless you all.

Good Job!! It only took 7 years of stinky, iron water and piles of ruined clothes to call the Water Man. My sweet lovely wife said one day that she will do no more clothes with the water as is. We looked around and asked some folks we know who to call. The name we got was Al Rhodes at Sweetwater Well Drilling. He and his associate came out, took samples of our water. A short time later he called back with the news. I guess we knew what we were in for and saw $$$$$. A system to take care of this problem with the water and my happy home was below what we thought. I can only say our water doesn't smell, look like brown tea or is hard to get soap to lather anymore. We should have done it sooner. We are very satisfied with the professional attitude and quick response that Al and Linda Rhodes gave us. My Aunts old pump needed replacing and the rep. from Sweetwater met me at her house and gave me an estimate to repair or replace. We decided to replace and they came out the next day and completed the job. A lovely, blue pump and fittings that works like a charm.Thank you

SWEETWATER WELL DRILLING HAS BEEN TO THE COMPETATOR'S CUSTOMERS AND TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT THE COMPETATORS ARE OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN IN REALITY THEY WERE JUST STEALING CUSTOMERS! tHEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL WELL PEOPLE THAT THEY SAID WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM.
