I called ahead to ask how long it would take to replace the broken screen on my IPad. I was told it would be ready the next day. I gave them the wrong info re which generation so they didn’t have a replacement screen. My fault. I explained I used it a lot and I needed it ASAP. The tech told me they were owed a screen and should be able to get the iPad repaired within 48 hrs. At the latest by Monday. She said she would call if there were problems. Exactly six days later I called to find out what in the world was taking so long. I gave the guy my name and my story. The tech asked me if I could describe what my iPad looked like. I queried if it had been tagged when I dropped it off. He started telling me some drawn out story. I hung up on him and went to the store.when I arrived they finally located my iPad. They said “they were sorry, it was an oversight on their part”. They didn’t know why no one had bothered to look for parts or repair or even call me. I just took the IPad back. The last time I had something repaired there the tech was so nice and thorough that I had pizzas delivered for the employees. The same guy works there & I guess he doesn’t care anymore. Needless to say they lost a customer that buys them lunch.
