Dr. Locker is one of the most experienced surgeons in the Southeast with regards to anterior hip replacement, including training of other surgeons and implant and technique design. Has been instrumental in designing outpatient protocols for OSCO, the ambulatory surgery center of The Orthopedic Institute in Ocala that has performed hundreds of same day joint joint replacements. As a former two-sport D1 collegiate athlete, has a special interest in managing sports injuries in both the high school and the 'mature' athlete. Dr. Locker's goal is to get the athlete back on the field as soon as possible, with or without surgery.
