I was associated with the Self-Proclaimed "Best Gym In Ocala" for four years. And I can tell you that hey are not the best, they are in fact the worst, the filthiest, mismanaged, gym I have ever been assiciated with. The Present Staff at Spas 1 especially, is one of the worst, unprofessional, unqualified gyms I have ever in my 36-years as a Trainer, been a part of. The YMCA, Zone Fitness and a few others are by far the Better gyms in Ocala. It would be better for Ocala, to have The owner run out of town and hve his gyms shut down. He has stolen Thousands of dollars from trainer's as far as Training Contarcts go and has never done anything to pay them back. The Best...I don"t think so!
