My wife scraped the side of our camper in November 21. Not only was there damage to the exterior side, but, an axle was bent and the kitchen slide was damaged. We were on our way home from Virginia to East Texas. Tri Am was the nearest RV dealer. We have a 2021 Keystone Alpine 3700FL. We limped it in to Tri Am. The store is super impressive and Emily in service got right on the job. I was towing another camper that had been in the shop and Emily set it up where we could stay the night on one of their pads. We got back home. While home Emily kept us up to date on the status of the repairs and got the insurance claim going right away. When the camper was ready she let me know, February 22, and I struck out for Tennessee. The repairs were perfect. Looked great and everything worked, except the on demand hot water heater. Jason, who did the repairs, was right out, and got to work. He discovered a plastic part that was cracked and leaking that had sprayed water on the circuit board. Jason and Emily went right to work on calling the manufacturer and getting the entire unit replaced under warranty. Again, Emily had me set up on one of their pads. Amazingly the heater came the next morning and Jason installed it immediately. I can’t say enough nice things about how everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store was very impressive, and if they didn’t have something, then you probably didn’t need it. Super well stocked. Thank you Emily and Jason for doing such a fine job. If anyone is traveling by this store, please stop and check it out. If you need service Tri Am is definitely the place to go. Great experience.

Well here I am posting another 5 star review for the service I received ant the Tri-Am RV Center in Ocala, Fl. I recently traded in my Suburban for a Ram 1500 truck. I originally had Tri-Am install a weight distribution and sway bar system on my Suburban for towing our 23’ Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser. I wanted to make sure that the towing system was adjusted appropriately for the truck. I surely didn’t want any mishaps towing our camper! So I made an appointment with their Service Dept. I arrived at my scheduled appointment with my truck and camper in tow. Hector, the service tech, met with me. He and I walked over to where I had parked and checked my towing system. Fortunately, no adjustments to the system were needed. However, Hector reminded me of a few safety tips regarding hooking up the camper to the vehicle. I feel reassured now that when towing our camper, it will be a smooth and uneventful ride, thanks to Hector and the Service Dept at Tri-Am RV Center! This is my 3rd positive review for Tri-Am and wanted potential customers to know their service is reliable and consistent!

My wife and I were looking for a used 5th wheel and thought of Tri Am because of excellent service we received 8 years ago. From the time we walked thru the door everyone was so friendly, patient, informative and simply put , made our buying experience a positive one. Kudos to the owners, Jamie (manager), Traci and Wade (sales) for being the best. Purchased a used class c motorhome from Tri-Am. The sales lady, Traci Nickey was very professional and let us throughly look over the vehicle and test drive it before we made our decision. We are very pleased with our purchase and the way we were treated by the entire staff of Tri-Am.

The floor in a slideout in our 2 year old Alpine rotted out. The Tri-Am team correctly identified the problem, ordered a replacement floor and then installed it. The did the work when they said they would do it, in the time they said they would do it, at the price they said they would do it for and they did it in a very professional manner. Curtis & Patricia were great to deal with and the actual mechanics who did the work did a great job. We have RVed for years and Tri-Am is the only repair shop that I would unequivecally recommend.

RV is ok but delivery was a nightmare! RV was delivered and truck got stuck. Delivery man disconnected rv and left. Our RV was abandoned half in the road with no options on how to rectify the situation. Called triam and they blamed our daughter for everything. Are they not the professionals that were contracted to deliver and set up. The contract was not fulfilled and the company refused to pay the additional fees to hire a tow truck so that the unit could be set up properly. No apologies just blame. Others in this RV Park took note of this and vowed to never do business with triam. Others marveled at the tow truck who ran out of business cards.

Don't ever buy from these people. They are full of crap, do not stand behind their used fleat, and will sell you a lemon, when they know it is a piece of junk! They make up stories how people want your choice of RV, to pressure you to buy. Buyer beware is all I can tell you. I have had so many problems and they will not stand by their sales.
