I have been going to Bliss for years. They provide a lovely atmosphere with a super talented and friendly staff. I always feel welcome and I have never left dissatisfied.

I've always had a great experience at bliss! Everyone is friendly and all the stylists do great work!

Worse salon I've ever step foot in!!!! I spent close to $250 on my hair and it is now destroyed from my visit to this salon. I was butchered, I cant even describe how bad the cut is. It's going to take 6-8 months to grow back to a tolerable length (and I asked for a trim). As if that isn't bad enough, my hair was fried from the color they used. Traumatized over the situation, I called the salon to ask for a refund and was directed to the owner. I left messages for her but she bothered to call me back. Today when I called she happened to answer the phone. It was apparent she had no interest in speaking to me or accommodating me in any way. She was rude and defensive from the beginning of the conversation she started the conversation by, telling me how busy she was, She hung the phone up on me after a two or three minute conversation and I heard her laughing before the phone got to the receiver. (and I was at no time rude to her) This salon does not stand behind their work, and the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner was quite shocking to say the least. The quality of services provided was less than satisfactory by far

Totally unprofessional. Might as well go get a manicure done for $10 at a beauty school, it's just as good. Polish comes off within a few hours. Not a spa-like atmosphere. NOT a classy place. Facial was adequate, but have definitely had better ones at other spas for the same price. Complained about the service, but was just told I was wrong and didn't get any compensation for even an apology.
