Beware, We rented a vacation week at the Qual room 1208 and when we entered the room the place was a disaster, most of the furniture was broken, 2-chairs, tables, dressers drawers, bar stool, sofa frame, master bed room door cracked and separated from hinge and could not close the door for privacy, patio door screen ripped. took photos and made a list and took it to the office, they called the owner and was told it was norman ware and tear, called the office manager Brad and got the same results, Brad offer to wave a processing fee for next year of $60-65 dollars. I paid $3256.00 top dollar for this dump, the owner is a slum lord and Long and Forster doesn't want to accept any responsibility, this will be the service you will get if you have a problem if you rent from Long & Forster. Now I have to get a Lawyer to get my money back.
