Ocean Greenery did the flowers for my wedding. I was less than thrilled! The flowers were to be a mix of wildflowers with a few roses and in light pastel colors, however what I got was bold bright bouquets with hot pink roses dominating the whole arrangement. I also paid to have 7 ft palm trees delivered to the reception site, and what my sister found and reported to me an hour before the wedding was that they in fact delivered 3 ft ferns. In a panic I called to have last minute changes made, only to find that the store was closed and left no emergency #. After the wedding, my mother and I called to request some sort of refund, and the owner refused and was very rude to us and unsympathetic to the whole situation. She had her money and didn't care one bit that her poor job threatened to ruin my big day! I would not recommend this florist to anyone, especially to a bride. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction do not seem to be important to them. Buyers beware! Sincerely, Jennifer *married 7/28/07*
