Substandard merchandise. My daughter bought a ring there and it broke within a day and a half for no apparent reason. When she took it back to exchange it, she was told that they would only offer her a nrw ring at 20 percent off. Customer service there is a joke, and they do not stand behind the products they sell. They inly want your money and care less about your happiness. Avoid this place!
