It's a bootleg business who's phone lines are never answered and oh wow!! You get a voicemail where the mailboxes all seem to be full. Eiher you need to handle things Online (which is a 50% chance you get help there or you better just make sure everything gets done at the store. Buyers beware customer service sucks!!

TERRIBLE! Several interactions with one employee (only due to there bothersome business tactics) in particular, Lexi. Very bad attitude, rude, and nasty. Thinks she owns the beach. After the second rude interaction, which she was fully aware that she was not welcome at that point I called scopes and spoke to her manager, John. He advised me that he appreciated the feedback and assured me he would call me back once he spoke to her. Guess what? No call back. Which shows me they don't care about there potential customers and worse the community they do business in. I suppose my next call will be to the police if the harassment continues. Also, I plan to contact the city of Ocean City to express my dismay that the city allows this type of predatory and invasive business tactics to harass people on public beaches in there city.
