Totally dissatisfied with the service. Poor Customer service. They need to listen to what people want and not think they know best just because they are in business. The owner and my friend had confrontation due to my friend not liking her nails she was asking her to do it a certain way and the owner kept insisting on her way. They file and drill down too far and burn your skin. My acrylic was really thick after I asked the man not to do it too thick he constantly drilled my skin and left burns. My nails were not smooth they were thick bulky and over filed. My friend suffered burns on her fingers as well and the owner argued with her. I thank Gid we were integrative people or it could have gotten ugly. They are not my usual nail tech I only go to tropical nails but we were out and about and tropical was closed and we really needed our nails done. Big mistake never again. I hope everyone who goes there enjoy their experience. Some things are not for everyone. I value the appearance of my hands especially if I'm paying $24.

The best pedicures on the Coast!!! The owner made sure to let me know if I was not satisfied with my manicure or pedicure to let her know...she wants everyone to leave happy.

I've been coming to this salon for over a year. The owners and staff are so nice and welcoming to every customer. I bring my dad who has Parkinson's to get his toes done. They treat him like family, and they always ask about him when he's not with me. My little girl loves the special attention she gets her. She always get a design on her toes!!!! We all have a favorite place and this is mine on the coast!! Sometimes customer service makes up for a bad day!!!

They are all wonderful. Everybody has a bad day once in a while. You will be satisfied if you go there for any service I promise!!!!!

This is the only place that I am truly comfortable getting my nails done. Everyone there is very friendly, and they treat you like you're one of their very good friends. They always recognize me when I come in, and they always ask how my mom is doing. I always get the SNS nails done, and they always look perfect when I leave. They do such a good job that I've had my SNS last for almost 4 weeks! AAA Nails also offers reasonable prices (ex: $35 for initial SNS set; $25 for spa pedicure). I always leave AAA Nails happy.

I went to this one day on a slow day for them. And I was getting a deluxe pedicure and gel nails. Well when I first walked in the door. I was not appreciated by what the business owner was doing. She was on the phone with someone and the other people that worked there was also on the phone. They tried to fight over to do my service. Anyways, I was really unsatisfied of what the guy that did my pedicure. His name was Tim, Tall skinny guy. He did a very sucky job. Sorry for my language. Anyways to my nails, This other guy did my nails his name was Tony, I was so unsatisfied with what he did to my nails but he didnt even give me a good massage. My daughter can give me a whole lot better of massage that your sorry . I would give this place a sorry 0 from 1 to 10. Please anyone who is looking to go to this place and get your nails done Please I mean Please dont go to this place and get your nails done.
