they came to my house for warranty work said they were ordering parts and I called for two months and everytime I called they acted like i was crazy at first and then they found were they had been here, and told me someone would call , I have yet to hear from them , i will be telling all of my friends

They have been serving me several times on my plumbing problems for years. Does required wait time for service demanded. About 1-2 day if not urgent. There service is professional and friendly. I will recommend their service to others

They do not provide timely call backs. Had two toilets replaced and the install was very shoddy. Toilets leaked, rocked not level. Needless to say I was quite upset when I called, really felt like I was getting the run around. Part owner could not comitt to whether I would be charged or not for repairs on work that was obviously caused by their initial installation. Requested to have the plumber who did the install call me that day or I would report them to the BBB. The conversation ended. Plumber called back immediately and stated he did appreciate my tone of voice to his office manager, he stated he was sitting there listening to our conversation. Needless to say the conversation went downhill from there. Will not use this companies services again! Would not reccomend to anyone else!
