Purchased a $300 rc plane on 2/8/15 as a valentines gift upon sale, I told the owner that the recipient wanted gas, he talked me into electric and said it would be fine if I returned and exchanged it or got a refund. I returned on 2/20/15 and he told me he wasn't going to allow me to exchange or refund the product Cause it's a known fact that no hobby store has a return policy. I asked him where is it posted in his store and he said it's not. I asked for a written receipt of what was purchased and he said my credit card receipt is my receipt. The credit card receipt doesn't help me if I want to resell whatever it is that he sold me. During this conversation he acknowledged the contents of the package were undisturbed and appeared unopened. He accused me of being a liar and he called me crazy when I became angry that he told my boyfriend that It was known about his return policy. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest. I WOULD SPEND THE EXTRA $5 AND GO TO ANOTHER HOBBY SHOP IN MOBILE OR GULFPORT. show less
