Provided by YPmobileDr. Horn is wonderful as well as his nurse but unfortunately i don't know why Karen is so very rude no matter what time you call. They gave me a call to reschedule and placed it 1 month out after i waited 1 month to get it. She had no knowledge when i asked her a question and didn't try to listen at all i wouldn't recommend nobody behind this and the error was bc the dr was not in and 20 minutes before my appointment she call to cancel. Very unprofessional.
