Lady Di's did another wonderful job. My daughters prom flowers were so amazing. Thank you guys for taking so much time with us and being so kind in taking the extra steps to ensure we always get just what we want. People are still talking about the spectacular center piece you created for our anniversary party as well. I have never been disappointed and I have used Lady Di's for every kind of occasion for many years. If you are looking for beautiful, unique,creative and satisfaction, Lady Di's is my number one. My wedding was on 10/06/07 and I had Lady Di's do my wedding bouquet. I showed them a picture of the bouquet I wanted and they also had a flower book with a similar bouquet that I liked. I paid them cash $175.00 just for my bouquet and the day of the wedding I picked up my bouquet and it looked and turned out nothing like my wedding bouquet. I called them and told them that I was unhappy and they told me to come back and they would fix it for me. Well, when I got to the store, they had left. I tried calling them, but they left. They told me to come back and then they leave. Who does that? My bouquet looked like a centerpiece not a wedding bouquet and it was all out of shape with pink and green leaves every where. I wanted all cream and whites with no green leaves and no pink flowers. I went back on Monday and they told me to come back on Thursday, when the owner will be in. I didn't get an apology or even a refund. Thursday morning at 10:00 I speak to the owner and he insisted that the girls did a wonderful job, even though I'm telling him I was not happy with the bouquet. I even showed him the photo of the bouquet I wanted and he said "the bouquet is full and it has lisianthus flowers in it". He wasn't even listening to me and I finally said to him "you are making up alot of excuses cause you know they did a bad job and aren't customers always right". He then told me to take him to small claims court and you know what, that's exactly what I am going to do. You don't treat or talk to people like that. I use to own my own business and I would bend over backwards for customers. They are the ones who bring us businsess and I'll do whatever it takes to make them happy. Lady Di's is very unprofessional and I just hope that the next person doesn't get treated as badly as I did. You know, this was my wedding day and it only happens once, they should have kept that in mind.
