DO NOT RENT AT THE RESERVE AT GULFHILLS> BIG RIP OFF!!!

The staff would not advise you on changes. After my lease finish and I was going to move to a different apartment. They made my leaving really hard. After I finish my year lease I did stayed on a month to month basis. They did not tell me but they raise my rent 50 dollars and then when I wanna to leave They told me that I was overdraft. I own them 50 for every month after my lease finish plus 15 % late fee. They never told me when my lease expired Hey you have to start paying more so I was on debt by the time I wanna to leave. I never like the way they treat me it was kind of racist
