Ocean Area Tire saved my vacation!!! On the first day of my vacation while driving for four hours to Bethany Beach from NY, my rear brakes started making grinding sounds. My pads had completely worn down and destroyed my rotors. I was riding on only the good front brakes and one working back brake.

Being that I arrived on a Saturday, I had to wait till Monday to get my car serviced. I had called around to other places and they told me they were backed up and would take three to five days before they can even look at my car! I had to leave by Friday so I was freaking out.

Then I spoke with Jenn at Ocean Area Tire and they took my car in right away! She said they would squeeze in my car in between jobs and could get it done by the next day!

After three sleepless nights of worrying about the car, Ocean Area Tire replaced both my rear pads and rotors super quick. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation without worries! I am so grateful for Ocean Area Tire and their superb customer service.

They even shuttled me to and from my vacation condo as well! Highly recommend if you ever are in a pinch!
