Ocean Vayu Yoga opened it's doors June 18th 2016 with an extensive list of class offerings to appeal to Yoga enthusiasts of all levels as well as those completely new to Yoga. Some classes we offer include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mysore style Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Prenatal, Chair, Restorative and Yoga for beginners, as well as private lessons and Tai Chi.
