Received a botched perm because the hair dresser was too busy taking walk ins, curlers were falling out of my hair she poured processing liquid completely uneven all over,there were straight pieces left when it was done. The entire time I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience n came back 2 days later to complain, she trimmed my hair saying that should fix the problem. It didn't and told me come back in April for a free perm, I work, couldn't make it back, she gets on the phone n says I'll be charged for it since I didn't make it back in time. Place is terrible and I should mention I was charged 150 for the first perm
