After purchasing a fair amount of supplies from Ellis Lumber, we scheduled for the materials to be delivered on a Thursday morning of the following week. Thursday came and we called to verify the delivery and we told that the morning delivery was not possible and it would be delivered by 2 PM. At 3 PM they still hadn't arrived so we called back and were told that they forgot to make the delivery and it would be the next day. All of this is inconvenient but forgivable. What's upsetting is the gentleman who finally delivered the order was being rude and making smart remarks to my father who is 68 years old. There's no call for that when they were the ones who made the mistake! No return business for me.
