I have rented 2 ATVs at this location. One broke down about 45 minutes into a 2 hour rental. I could not notify the rental office until 50 minutes later, as the cell phone coverage is spotty. I drove to the meeting place and the service people were not there. I waited 15 minutes with out success. Eventually I was able to notify them about the brake down. They sent a truck to tow the ATV to their shop. At the end of the day they would not refund for time ATV was broken and also refused to return the safety deposit. This place is a rip off and I strongly urge everyone to use other rental places located just across the street.
