I truly have had a very good experience each and every time I have ordered an item or have had a

question on their items. When I call and leave a message , somone has always returned my call promptly.

I ordered an item recently and I received it in just a few days. They are very clear on their website about ordering something that is not in stock and on "Back order", regarding "Pre Order's".

I believe everyone should read the "item specific information" ie. In stock, back order, pre order , ect.

I'm sure that would cure any questions and misunderstandings.

Everyone at at Ares Armor has always been very very helpful and very nice to deal with.

I placed an order with ARES ARMOR on 02/02/2013. I've contacted them several times by phone and email. The few times I was able to get through on the phone, they stated that my order would be shipped out in a few weeks. Last time a talked to them was over 3 months ago. I've tried to get my money back with no success. Anywhere else, they would simply return your money. Especially if they don't have the product to sell. That's just normal good business etiquette. In my opinion, these guys at Ares Armor have sold way more product than they can produce and have already spent their customer's money. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM ARES ARMOR is all I can say, unless you like playing Russian roulette with a fully loaded gun. Hope this helps protect someone from getting scammed.

I would NOT recommend doing business with these people. They take your money, but don't deliver a receiver, nor respond to email nor telephone calls.



I have been waiting for over 5 months on an order placed in January of 2013

They took my money back in December, no communication other than thanks. Ask when and was told February.. Came and went then promised April.Came and went. Now they don't respond.Save YOUR money. This ISN'T how to run a business.It's how to run a scam.
