I am 57 years old and have studied many forms of martial arts since I was 12 at many different schools around CA, most recently with Master An in Vista/Oceanside. All of my teachers have been very good at their particular style, but few have possessed the skills and personality to work well with both young children and the older more experienced students as Master An and his family at ATMA. I have watched many of Master An’s young children classes and was VERY impressed how nice he was while also teaching the needed discipline, all the while having fun. I also took many private lessons with Master An and realized the depth of his skills and knowledge, and he always pushed me and all adult students to our limits and somehow always made it fun. I rank Master An as my favorite Martial Arts Instructor ever…and his very nice wife and young children are equally a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend ATMA and An’s Taekwondo to kids of all ages. (2 to 102 years old)
