Got a new (used) car and wanted to upgrade the sound. Haven’t even made my first payment on it. Spent $1700 total with a generous $1400 worth of equipment, so that leaves about $300 for installation. Spent 8 hours on Saturday waiting for a job they said would take 3-5 hours. Wasn’t mad because I figured they would take their time to make everything look nice. Once finally done, it took me a few days to analyze the work they did. They butchered the back insulation to my truck to mount the amps (not even clean cuts). Wires were everywhere without any organization, lc7i was double side taped to the factory amp.
I let them knock how upset I was and they got me in again the following weekend. Spent another 3 hours at their shop. After they got done I inspected and was satisfied at the time.
One day later a wire comes loose, I fix it, no big deal. 2nd day later, LC7i drops from its mount position and ground wire and volt wire are rubbing together while I’m driving. I missed the last 2 hours of work to deal with this situation. And as I’m pulling panels apart I see more and more wires without any organization to them tucked away.
I have wasted over 13 hours of my life and $300 worth of an installation job that I could have done myself. And now I will waste more money and time to get the parts in order for me to re do this job.

Great customer service, owner scheduled a time for me to get the work done because I came in as they were closing. The next day after work I took in car in and just in a few minutes they were done. It looks great and it is nice to see owners actually still get involved and care about their customers.

Sometimes you get such good service you just have to share with others, I bought rims for my truck and got a great deal. Amazing on how a little bit of time with a customer can leave such a good impression. I will recommend and be back.
