Provided by YP.comI gave them the same information over the phone before the tech came out. They could have diagnosed over the phone. The tech didn't do anything but open the dryer and look at the model number then write an estimate. $40 later, for doing nothing but driving to my house, tells me it will cost $365 to fix. I can buy a new dryer for $375! What an unprofessional way to do business!! Very disappointed in their integrity.
