Let me start by saying that i absolutely love and prefer Ben's over all the others. The employees are awesome and very helpful, but they are human and Occasionally make minor errors when calculating your refund. Just pay attention. However, there is one individual who seems shady to me and i get the feeling that his errors are not accidental. To the owner of this company, a word of advice, never let just one individual handle all your books and records. Hire a second one to double check all of the first's work. You just may discover a magnitude of errors and large amounts of missing money. Just saying, embezzlement and greed seems to be running pretty rampant in these tough times. Or, it just maybe time to clean the books. When one person is dishonest, everybody seems to have to pay for it. I've worked for some pretty high profile companies and i know that everything rides on your integrity. It's better that i bring this to your attention than some secret shopper from the department of weights and measures, right? I love your company and i want to see it thrive.

These guys were quick and friendly! They were open on Monday unlike a few competitors...which I needed. Would recommend them for sure!
