FRIENDLY, PROMPT SERVICE. WHILE WAITING IN LINE FOR REPAIR STORE ASSOCIATE PERSONALLY SPOKE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE WHO WAS WAITING, MADE ME FEEL MORE THAN JUST SOMEONE IN THECUE.

They are not helpful in the least! I would def not recommend them! I've had to use them to get my camera fixed. First, as best buy usually does, i had a warranty with them but they found a loopwhole to not fix it from cosmetic value. Apparently if there's scratches on the outside of the camera, that costs more to fix than the camera actually being broken...and they are FORCED to fix the outside as well, which costs so much they wont fix it! Do NOT purchase a warranty or anything else in that matter at these stores!! At this store particularly, they also have horrible communication, they transfer calls and never answer to where you have to call back, and i've had to speak with a manager twice after waiting for 15 min on the phone being transferred back and forth! Ridiculous! And be very careful when purchasing anything, if you use a card, they will have offers on your reciept you won't know that you are signing for that will charge money to your account. My brother lost over $400 without knowing about it! Best Buy has a horrible staff and greedy morals! Do not use them!

They are the best place to buy dvds, especially on Tuesdays!
