What a CROCK!Though this company appeals to many renters, mostly because of low rent. This company manages inadiquate properties with less than capible staff. After the manger , whom by the way , is NEVER on site, though she has an apartment given to her, told the tenants here that our children were not allowed to play outside in the common area, she then backtracked and changed her stance when the other tenants confronted her. The water in this complex is constantly being shut off without warning or notice, and all we are told is that its always an emergency. How many emergencies could we possibly have?? Our gates which are supposed to be secured and locked are left open , the kids who dont speak english are allowed to pick on our small 2-5 yr old children without so much as a word of protest from the manager who has seen it happen!! The laundry facilities are less than adequate!My husband sent a fax outlining our concerns , which many of our other tenants signed to agree with . What we recieved in return was a phone call from Bob Cotas office ( by the way , he's never around) stating that the manager, can make any decision she wants and if we have any problems we are to go through her . My husband stated " so then you dont care ?",the reply they got back was .. she can handle things. They also said they do not have to respond to us , the manager on site can . Please explain to me how a full time student who is none but a child in every one of her actions , including screaming matches with her husband in her office, causing alarm to all the tenants , with no training or certification , that got the job because her sister got her in , can make any type of informed decision for an apartment complex! Bottom line is , for many more reasons than i have space to state my husband and i are looking for a new place to live. unless you enjoy having your rights laughed at , having a little girl telling you what you can and cannot do at her whim,being discriminated against because you speak ENGLISH ,and being ignored when you have valid concerns DO NOT RENT FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!
