Empire Towing company picked up my car from Lowe's parking lot and had it towed to American Tire Depot, once we got there the Tow Truck driver started pulling my car off the truck and he turned the wheels to early which my right rear tire hit the right edge of the bed of the tow truck and cut the tire, driver was apologetic, Sam the owner was horrible, I called him to explain what happened and you just can't put one new tire on a car it want ride right, tread doesn't wear correctly, handling of the car isn't right, so I asked him if he would purchase two tires since you're the owner and I know you understand, he said you could have bald tires I said I will send you a picture of my tires right now and show you their not, then he change the subject and tried some other ridiculous analogy, if your a business owner you do everything in your power to satisfy the customer so I wouldn't recommend this Tow Company at all, and still charged me for the tow!!!!!!!
