My experience wad great!! Definitely going back again...i was given a amazing deal...upgraded my vehicle free of charge and even drove me home once I turned in the rental....The customer service was phenomenal..in and out in no time...the crew here is one in a million...Definitely worth going ...check them out and get your rental needs taken care of...Thanks again guys you made my trip that much easier....see you next road trip ���� ��������

The crew at the Oceanside Enterprise Rent-A-Car are the best. Every issue that came up, Derek Booth, found a way to help me. My car was broken and had to be towed in. I missed a day of work, and my Grandkids were waiting for me to take them on an outing, and I was not a happy camper when Corey came from Enterprise to pick me up. He was so polite and friendly. He put me at ease right off. The first vehicle was much to big for me to handle, Derek had me return it and he helped me pick a suitable car for me. He went out of his way to make the paperwork between me and AAA flow as smooth as silk. I give them many stars. I now consider the Oceanside location to be my first choice when I need to rent again. Thank You.

I recently had a dilemma where my car was totaled by a reckless driver, and their insurance was covering my rental until they cut me my reimbursement. I didn't know why the insurance took 15 days to tell the rental company they would only cover $24/day for a rental. Their manager made the call to put me in the "only vehicle they had available" a Mini Cooper. Unbeknownst to me, he was charging a rate 2X that of the mandated Farmers Insurance/Enterprise contract. The Enterprise manager said they were only trying to give me a vehicle they thought I would "like"...nevermind the required limits based on their agreement with insurance. They even tried to say they didn't know what Farmer's insurance usually allows/disallows. Again, this was the "manager" talking. Needless to say, I was not about to fork over out-of-pocket for a rental I should have never needed.



Finally, after taking a half day off work (for the multiple phone calls), I called the insurance dept. manager, the Enterprise Area Manager (not to mentioned file a complaint with the Corporate Help Desk), they suddenly changed their story and dropped the extraneous charges. We've got some real predatory business practices...taking advantage of people in a crisis situation. I think Enterprise has seen my business for the last time.
