Excellent customer service. I am a novice, with my father who has been brewing for a couple years now. Damien attended to us and was fantastic! He gave us tons of info on how to make an IPA correctly. We had a few issues prior and did not know what was causing them, he knew right away. He also invited us to attend their monthly brewing class. I love people who know their trade.

I've been in the store twice and will continue to shop from Hydrobrew. Killer prices on everything in stock, I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't know what they're talking about, or wasn't willing to give helpful hints on your brewing. They even ask to let them know how the batch comes out that you're working on. They have pretty much everything you need or willing to find another wholesaler to get what you need and prices are always competitive. I'm looking forward to see the variety of grains that they carry or can get, but so far a really great shop to buy and chat beer talk.

After visiting most stores in North County, I found place that has it all, and if they don't have it, they will go through the impossible to find it for you. Hydrobrew has a great inventory and their prices are the lowest. They really are the BEST Hydroponic & Homebrew Supply store in North County!
