We all know that when you buy a home insurance, you never hope to use it. However when you do need it, your insurance company will do anything in its power not to give you what you need. Mr Jamy Villa is here for you so this does not happen. He was highly recommended to us by several people did a great job navigating us thru the stressful time. The best part is, I never had to deal with anyone from my insurance company, which is a great bonus.

We had a flood in our home in November 2015. After our home owners insurance company seemed ok with cutting some corners and not replacing things they knew they should, we hired Mr. Villa. He dealt with our insurance company and not only made sure they didn't cut corners on the rebuild but also maximized our benefits of our policy. Very professional and knowledgeable in the field and really knew how to handle the insurance company. Even helped find my parents a public adjuster after a catastrophe in another state across the country.

I was on overseas travel when my condo got flooded from a bad pipe bursting in laundry room and my wood floor got badly damaged, I called my insurance company and the nightmare began, helplessly I asked a well known realtor friend of mine for advise and he highly recommended Jamy Villa.
Jamy was awesome, he did not waste a minute, he was on it and you could see years of experience and knowledge showing through, he was creative and looked at every detail, as a seasoned executive I like to see prompt results and no BS and Jamy did not let me down, he is very impressive to say the least, Jamy kept me aware of every step and actions at all times and got me insurance checks one after the other, he is tough and does not take no for an answer, its great to have him by my side fighting to get reimbursed for the damages! If you want quick results, he is The Man!

He did not relieve me of any stress., he made so much stress it was unbearable..He takes so much money from you that you can't even fix your damages. He is not fair. Plus he makes you meet him at his bank to cash your insurance checks so he can get the cash before you get money to pay your contractors. He took so much money that our house was never fixed right. I called the Association he answers to and they said they never heard of a public adjuster charging so much to a client and that he is under the gun of their observation...STAY AWAY!!!!

He is awesome Public adjuster my house got water damage Jul 2013. He relieve me of the stress and headaches dealing with my Home Ins as Single Mom was hard for me to be top of them and arguing. Jamy he is very experienced & powerful public Adjuster being top of my claim he was very responsible and took care of my problems and still working on it. I got alot more if I will done it on my own. Always their to answer for me, No question was too insignificant for him to answer for me. I felt and feel I'm in the best of hands. Jamy Villa is an experienced adjuster and makes sure that he acquires the maximum due for his client he puts his first 100%.
