I walked in for the first time today and never got a hello or even a look. Only Maria was there. There was a family in front of me so I waited quite awhile. When Maria finally got to me she did a good job, even though I gave her a tough time about not saying hello and waiting 40 minutes. She's a very nice lady, turns out, and is pretty handy with a straight razor. They should take appt times, but they don't, so bring a book or something or get your car washed next door. I heard it's one of the few places you can still get a straight razor shave, which is important to me because I have an unusual beard.
